Useless, non-functioning right out of the box. Buyer beware.
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. Normally, the Apple AiPods Max is a terrific headset, far outperforming any other. The headset was advertised as new. Obviously, thinking I might save several hundred dollars on an unopened new headset, I naively ordered this. The headset was useless right out of the box. It turned out to be an unopened defective headset. The controls were pushed down to where there was hardly any play, and the headset could not be blue-toothed to anything. The volume control would not stop the music or skip tracks. Useless. The aware/noise suppression button made hardly any difference. Useless. The right headset was dead. Useless. For the sale price, I expected a new, functioning unit. I am tremendously disappointed and feel like I have been taken to the cleaners.
