Great remote - but TV can only pair with one remote at any time
This is one of the most well designed and constructed remote controls I have owned. Samsung have figured out that less equals more and with the TV is able to transition between TV controller and Roku controller seamlessly. It is also Bluetooth so no need to aim the remote at the TV or Roku. Unfortunately, my intention when buying this remote was to have two remotes functioning at the same time to increase the chances that I could find a remote in our family room. Anyone with the same thoughts should be aware that this is not possible. I found literally 100s of posts from disgruntled Samsung TV owners who have tried to do the same as me. Perhaps Samsung could fix this issue with a firmware update? Anyway, unless you have lost your original remote or want to buy one to store away as a spare, save your money.
