Design change?
This being an OEM Polaris part, I was surprised to see that the valve adjustment had changed from the standard nut and screwdriver adjustment to a nut and a very small squared off top. It still works great, but having to use a wrench to hold the threaded portion still while you tighten the nut is definitely not as easy. I thought about using the pieces from the old part , but the thread size is different and the nut is 8mm vs the old nut being 10mm.

One small issue.
Excellent material quality and quieter than the original. The only issue was one of the mounting tabs was about 1/8” off. I had to modify the frame slightly to make it fit properly, but it is a tremendous value. Great quality!

Perfect for end thread repair!
I used this to repair a shock absorber stud that was damaged. Works perfectly when a standard die can’t be started on the end of a bolt or stud.
