This book is a must read for anyone who cares about civil rights. It really breaks down the who/what/how of discrimination and covert racism in this county. In discussions about race with reluctant friends and colleagues I would often become stuck, not having facts to back up my arguments. THIS BOOK GIVES YOU THE FACTS!!!
