My first painting on this easel is almost finished and I'm pleased with it.
This easel has a small footprint which works well in my small (9 x 10 foot) studio. I do not plan on painting on a massive canvas, so it is a perfect balance in size and price. It weighs 21 pounds, which is light enough to move around yet feels sturdy and solid. The best feature, and a deciding factor, was being able to use it flat for watercolor paintings and detail work. This is a feature usually found in more expensive easels. Assembly was not difficult, as long you attach the cross bar to the mast correctly. If the cross bar slides out before you can complete the assembly, you have it backwards!

Fun movie to watch or rewatch.
One of my favorite movies and now I have it in my collection.

The story is not realistic but light hearted and entertaining.
Partially shot in south of France. Brought back memories.
