New Keurig K-Duo Plus Coffee Maker, Single Serve Compatible with K-Cup Pods

One Less countertop appliance!

Blending a K-cup and conventional coffee maker is pure genius! Keurig quality is comforting too. Part of that quality is providing a stainless, insulated carafe. I’m happy not paying to run a hot plate for hours to keep my morning coffee hot, plus this really reduces the fire hazard inherent in coffee makers. The big deal though is the low profile presence on our counter top, and that profile can be tweaked by rotating the water reservoir to the left, rear or right of the unit. The brew cycle is not super fast. The silver lining, however, has to be the rich cup of coffee produced. The brew cycle is by no means, slow. By the time I’ve taken care of some kitchen duties, a full pot is ready to go. And, if you’re just brewing a pod, that’s always fast. One relatively small annoyance - the pod door, located top and toward the back, works best when the unit is not located below upper kitchen cabinets. Mind you, it’s still accessible when located under cabinets, just more enjoyable to use when the space above the coffee maker. If you use a single serve coffee maker and a conventional coffee maker, this is the appliance for you. Love the uncluttered counter space.
