The product is great, the description is not so great.
I ordered this because of the picture. This drier comes in multiple colors, including purple and maroon. I PAID MORE and ordered this one specifically because the description said it was PURPLE and the picture matched the one my friend had. However, when it arrived it was MAROON not PURPLE like the description said. Normally I wouldn't complain about color but it's a Christmas gift and that is what my sister asked for specifically. And then, the description said it was NEW. I did not know that "NEW" meant it would be opened and not include the papers that were supposed to come with this drier.
Of course, the product is still great and I don't have the time or money to return this product so I will have to disappointingly give it to my sister.
