Quality Control/Concerns.

It gets warm, almost hot when used. It has "QC" stickers over the Apple logo. The stickers cannot be removed. They are pretty much indestructible and will probably outlast the charger. I figure QC stands for "Quality Control" or "Quality Concern," because this is not up to regular Apple standards.
