Headlight Bulb Front SYLVANIA 9003

Bulb burned out in less than two months. Buyer Beware - Seller doesn't honor the 1 Year replacement warranty listed. Very low quality bulb.

I purchased a set of Sylvania 9003 bulbs for my vehicle and one of them burned out in less than two months. I also installed them with nitrile gloves to make sure that oil from my fingers was not transferred to the bulb. They were only turned on at night and not for daytime driving - and also with very little driving during that period. I have used this brand of bulb in the past on other vehicles and they have lasted significantly longer which is why I purchased this particular bulb. However, this are clearly not the same quality. Do yourself a favor and purchase a better quality bulb. I would not buy these again. I would have included this next section in seller feedback but it is not an option after 60 days so I will include it here I contacted the seller on multiple occasions regarding this issue and their initial reply assumed that I had touched the bulb with my bare fingers which clearly was not the case. Their second response was that it could have been a variety of other issues such as the climate, etc.. I requested information regarding the 1 year replacement warranty in the item listing and their response was that "they have a warranty if they don't work upon installation" - which made absolutely no sense at all. I decided to contact Sylvania to see if this was accurate and the representative at Sylvania stated that the bulbs do, in fact, have a 1 Year replacement warranty which means that Sylvania will replace the bulb if it fails within 1 Year of purchase. However, because this particular seller is not an authorized Sylvania dealer, the seller would have to honor the 1 year warranty on their end - which they clearly refuse to. Do yourself a favor and purchase a better quality bulb from an authorized dealer that will honor the warranties outlined in their listings.
