The most accommodating customer service minded vendor i have yet to encounter. He made sure to get the right model /manufacturer info from me to ensure id get the right piece .(i had made the mistake )Had he not done that (it took me 4 communications to get it right) i would have ordered the wrong one and then had to send it back ,exchange, ect. He was Very patient and caring to ensure I was getting what i wanted .shipped fast . Thanks again ! Great save, Great experience. definitely going back

Uncomfortable, useless controller, doesn't focus well

Well you get what you pay for I guess. This doesn't fit my head, which I admit is XL in size but not only does the strap not extend far enough, but my nose smashes agains the hard plastic before my face even touches the padding. Very painful to actually use. The bluetooth controller only had 1 button work, some of the time for selecting things in a VR app. The other buttons only changed the volume... including the joystick. That's right, the joystick is volume controll. I could just barely get the lenses to focus at at acceptable rate. I cannot recommend these.
