No scratches, no dings, looks brand new and performs like a brand new phone. The battery has a great long life. Excellent sound. Love my refurbished phone. The only down side is I wanted to download a couple of Apps that only take ios10, but the 4/4s will not take ios 10 upgrades, so if that's really important to you, make sure you get a refurbished phone that will upgrade to ios10. To me it's not a big deal. I'm very happy. Thank you for being great sellers. And when I need another phone, I'll be back.
