Customer paid promptly, however the customer did not message the store in order to work with us on getting a refund. They automatically opened a case. All the details for terms and stipulations were related to the customer in the description as well as a personal message sent to their inbox. Their reasoning for opening a case was that the item was not sent. They followed up the case by messaging the store that they bought the product elsewhere. Any pre-orders might be cancelled by consumer.
