Great book
this book receives a 5 star rating from me because it offers me a system and solutions that may help. After years of feeling like no one was on my side or understood what I have been through someone is offering help and isn't acting as though there is more to me than a thyroid level. Symptoms count as well.

Smooth mint tea
Love this tea. Have been a mint tea fan for years but this is by far my favorite. All the flavor of mint but softer in flavor. Sweet smooth and a hint of vanilla to me. Just love it so I bought in quantity when I couldn't find it locally.
