Better than the original
The unit is all metal case so you can really tighten the screw to get a good contact with the spoke. None of the constant slipping of the plastic original.

It is a good story that follows on from the island although it is not necessary to have read the island

An excellent product
It comes as a single roll, is easy to cut and therefore fit and makes an excellent backing for the carpet. Thoroughly receommended
