  When I received the bio lite camp stove, it did not work at all and wouldn’t take a charge. Upon further inspection, the terminals had completely corroded and there was no electrical connection at all. I was able to fix it at a personal cost of $20 more for a new battery and two and a half hours of my time. It was advertised as working properly, and the seller has not responded to my message requesting a partial refund. Think twice before ordering from this person.

  Sorry to hear that, The item was never used,. If for some reason it wont work and If you were not satisfied you should ask for a full refund instead of write this negative fb.I replied to the message about 9 hours later and offered a full refund including shipping charges. ebay has this information and it can be traced, Never had a problem here, "think twice" to sell to this kind of desperate buyers.
