  Exceptionally good communication and accommodation by the seller. They responded very quickly to my emails. When, before buying, I expressed a concern that internal parts might be broken, they quickly disassembled it and sent me photos of the innards. They even offered to pre-lube it, but I declined that offer. As disclosed up front, the items were somewhat worn but in good working condition. The price was low and the shipping free and fast.
