Well designed and practical

I am enthusiastic about Antec products; right now, four XP systems are powered by the 350 watt PS. They worked so well for the last 3 or so years; that, three of these 450 watt PS are installed in my Win 10 systems. Computing uptime and reliability is of paramount importance.

workhorse of a product

upgrades very nicely - go with 8 GB memory, a 3g Hz processor, Win 10 [64 bit], SSD, add SoundBlaster & video cards and you end up with a nice workstation that runs Office 365, streaming apps and internet radio - all v. well. The task manager utility [Win 10] shows some good metrics for this configuration. personally, I do not know the % of PC's out there used for gaming; but for the rest of us this config is perfect.

automotive necessity

makes the road trip something special. last weekend I took my wagon out for a long drive & copied a 7 CD boxed set to a disk [the audio system can play WAV files]; no audio breakup looking for the satellite signal, no scanning for radio stations, even traffic became bearable. USB 2.0 interface does a great job on this application; our other late model car will only play MP3 files & by my estimate, the mini drive will be able to store about 1750 song titles. with the car audio system's ability to randomize the playback, I'm going to need reminder calls to get to my destination. definitely makes driving fun.
