Entertaining History Lesson
I recently purchased and viewed 'The Last Kingdom, England is Born' and found it very entertaining and informational. i enjoy period pieces that are loosely based on historical fact and this show fills in many gaps in the historical record between the plundering Vikings and early various, unorganized kingdoms located in Britialn. After years of outrageous and very bloody takeovers by the invading Danes (Vikings), the various kingdoms join together and finally provide enough resistance to ward off the invaders. What results is a more unifidied England under one leader, which has lasted up to today. Those that have enjoyed the first four seasons of the A&E show 'The Vikings' will certainly enjoy and learn from this show.

While the StampWright supplements are a great value compared to the Minkus supplements available in the US, it should be noted that the paper used is a lesser quality and lesser paper stock thickness. Also, it may be important to note that pictured stamps are not accompanied by the applicable Scott numbers, as is the practice in the Minkus supplements.
