No storage to update

This computer looks pretty, but when prompted to update to newest versions of Windows, it failed to have sufficient space to complete updates, and this is brand new out of the box, no programs downloaded, so was very disappointed with it, as I had to return it for a laptop that can run updates, with the required space available to run updates, and basic programs needed such as Antivirus and Office.
