Runs quiet and cool on linux with heavy compute loads.
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. Gret card. Installed easily under linux with OpenCL. I have been running it 24/7 under heavy compute loads for several weeks with no problems. It runs quiet. I have two 1080ti cards installed in one rig and it runs quieter than my rig with one AMD Vega56. I recommend that you install nfancurve (look for it on github) as it is more agressive with the temperature curve than the stock nvidia fan driver, to keep the card cool. Another advantage of this card is that it can run with older Xeon chips. I have a Xeon 5606 in my Dell T7500 and it runs fine. If you are doing heavy compute loads on linux, this is a great choice.
