Nice inexpensive MOBO for newer AM4 processors

Nice inexpensive micro AM4 board for newer AM4 cpus. Not compatible with older AM4 cpus like 2600 or 2600x.

I needed a few more than 16 ports and was using two unmanaged 8 port Gb switches along with a 16 port 10/100 switch. Replaced all that. Although it is a few years old, the 240WS meets my needs very well. I was immediately able to force a downlink connection to a cascading Gb switch into full duplex Gb mode very simply. Could not do that with the unmanged switches. I can also do port mirroring for network monitoring. A nice side-effect was to organize my wiring area and get rid of multiple power supplies for the old switches. It has a number of other features for more complex networks that I will probably never use - Jumbo frames, VLANs, fiber ports, trunking, SNMP traps, and STP. At $44 it compared very favorably to new, unmanaged 16 port Gb switches.

Skullcandy Jib - Nice!

Nice cheap pair of ear buds. Don't know about durability, but the sound quality is good, the cables are not sticky like some, and the connection is solid, unlike some others. This is very likely to be my go-to ear bud model for walkabout and general use. Much prefer wired to Bluetooth since when I listen it is for hours at a time.
