Best face lotion with SPF

Smart collar for a really tiny dog
Great for a tiny dog, no tag almost touching the ground, no noise from jangling tags.
cons: even though I ordered extra small it wasn't small enough for a Chihuahua, the metal I.D.
tag interfered making the color smaller, had to take up some slack on the one end I could and sew it tight. So fit was initially too loose for a tiny Chihuahua, but managed to get it to work
