Opinions
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. Like all cookbooks they are opinions of the people writing them. Steve has some great ideas and methods especially for beginners, even helpful hints for everyone else. However, it isn't a "Bible" there are other ways to get the same or better results. I do recommend the book, but don't forget to experiment and put your own spin on things. Everyone has different tastes for sweet, sour, spice, and heat, no one recipe can cover them all. Take what he gives you and make it yours.

Great instruction book
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. In cooking and BBQing everyone has an opinion. There are a lot of great suggestions for everyone, but I disagree with a few things, but I have my own experiences and opinions. It's still a great resource book.
