Received my sump pump beaten and battered!
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I'm flabbergasted! They shipped my 25+ pound sump pump in its original box, without any additional protection, and needless to say, when it arrived, it was pretty much destroyed!
The power cord was severed through in two spots and the plug itself was crushed flat!
I'm pretty confident that based upon the external damage, the pump itself is probably non-functioning too!
Wow! I find it hard to believe how some people manage to stay in business when I see something like this happen!
