  Great customer service. When this product arrived it was incomplete. It did not include all the parts as advertised. However, I reached out to the seller and he made it right. The seller contacted the manufacturer directly and the manufacturer mailed me the missing parts. I was impressed with the level of customer service this seller has. He replied to me messages promptly and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I value good customer service. I will do business with this seller again.

  Fantastic products and customer service . It seems like no matter what time of day I make an order it ships unbelievably fast. Products always come in perfect condition and packaged in sturdy mailers. Anytime I need customer service The seller gets back to me unbelievably fast with an answer or help with whatever I need.   Service was great and the items I ordered were well packaged and I received them in three days from the time I ordered! Lead wire is great for adding scratch built details to models. The price is very reasonable and looks great when installed. The items were new and unopened as advertised. Great seller!

  Fast shipping and good communication. This item was marked as delivered, but I have yet to receive. Tracking shows it arrived at my post office and was delivered to my mail box, but it has not shown up, so I had to reorder it, and I received that item today. I am going to file a claim with the Post Office. I do not believe any fault lies with the vendor. I have bought from them many times and have never had a problem. So I still highly recommend this vendor.
