I really like this discontinued 1/600 scale, not made anymore.
The model parts were molded decades ago when the tooling was fresh and not worn out. The early tooling ensured crisp/fine detail which is lost on newer released issues. I'm a perfectionist and only purchase these older models. The earlier, the better in my opinion. I am a jeweler and will
probably spend several months doing research to improve accuracy if I think it helps realism. I'm also doing research into the camouflage patterns used by this ship.
