We like this product. Too bad it’s not available retail anymore. With looking on the internet, this site had the best offer. This product is the best cleaner.

People can hear me and I can hear them nicely.
I like the device.. I can hear calls and they all can hear me.. THe only thing I do not like is either my ear is poorly balanced meaning the device will not stay on my ear.. Even with trying all the pieces for hearing..

Just a thought..
I needed a batter and was a good value. The only thing is the battery goes uncharged quick. Whether its my phone or the battery. But, since the phone is a couple years old.. I need to live with it. I will just need to keep phone on a charger more often. Buy a new phone whenever...Buy another battery and a charger. The battery being replaced is ok but... I need that charger........ It is what it is. I hope this isn't a bad battery and not the phone..........
