A must-have reference for the mariner
Chapman's is a classic; what else is there to say? Everything you need to know about piloting and seamanship is there, clearly written and comprehensive. This is the current edition but not for long; there is a new one coming out later this year, and I'm sure it will be updated and improved. But 99 percent of seamanship has not changed for decades, nay centuries. And the price for the penultimate edition is very attractive.

Serious protection for an active life on the water.
I have bought 3 of these, about one per year. I give them hard use and replace them before they leak. They are worth every penny I spend on them. This phone case survives the battering of daily life, and is completely waterproof. I can be sure that my phone will survive in the marine environment. I don't worry about rain, spray, or immersion. My phone is always safe.
