I highly recommend this book for those wanting a behind the scenes telling of Kubrick's film making and fresh material.
A fan of Kubrick, I have read everything I can get my hands on so I often run into the same material. Not the case with this book. I am learning things, first hand accounts, that have never appeared in other books (I have read at least 6, including the book by his personal assistant).
I highly recommend this book for those wanting a behind the scenes telling of his film making and fresh material.

Remote works great
The remote works great and as far as the transaction and what I paid for, it is awesome. As far as a technical review, which the questions above asked, setting the system to timer record has not been completely successful. If you set it to timer record, it will record, but not stop recording until the disc runs out. I set up to tape a 1 hour show and when the hour was up, I could not get the recorder to turn off or get back into the system to cancel. I had to let it tape six hours and use up the entire disc. I do not know that this is an issue with the remote though, as it is probably the system itself.... or operator error perhaps.... :)

Just Like Old Times!!! So great to get this game again!!!
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. I was a huge fan of Metal Gear when it came out but years passed and I hadn't played in forever.
I now have a 10 year old son and we play "Smash Brothers Brawl", which takes characters from various video games over the years and pits them against each other. One of those characters being Snake from Metal Gear.
My son loves Brawl and when I explained why I always use Snake, wanted to see the original. We've had a great time playing this game of my youth!! Thank you for making this available!!!
