WD Elements 2TB Portable External Hard Drive, USB 3.0, USB Powered

    2TB, great price.
This price for 2TB is hard, if not impossible to beat. External hard drives aren't exciting like computers or cameras so there's not a whole lot to say other than it works & is silent. The one issue I'm having is with Final Cut Pro X. When I'm importing media, the Elements drive shows up as if it's an SD card which is a pain because it forces me to import all the media into the FCPX library rather than leaving in place on the drive. I think may be a problem on Final Cut's end rather than the drive's but I'm not sure. Other than that I'm glad to have purchased it.

    Great transition from console gaming
As someone new to PC gaming I really like this device. The key layout is far more comfortable than my stock keyboard. The keys are all in reach as is the stick. At times I do get lost searching for the buttons near the stick but only for a second. The rubber feet have been great for keeping it locked in place on my desk. My only gripe is that when binding the keys, labeling stays the same between profiles within a game. For example: For the game Star Citizen I have a profile set up for ship controls and another for controlling my character outside of the cockpit. For the character control profile "J" is labeled as "holster weapon". When I toggle to the flight control profile the "J" key is also labeled as "holster weapon" even though it has a different function when you're in the cockpit. If you label it in one then you're labeling it for both/all profiles within a game. It's a minor thing & may not be a big deal for other games (Star Citizen is my first & only PC game so far). Other than that it's great. 22 keys + 2 buttons + a stick is enough to not be overwhelming. I've seen other gameboards with far less keys & I don't know how those get the job done.
Filmcity Shoulder Support Rig FC-03 Follow Focus MB-600 Matte box fr DSLR Camera

    great for the price
I bought this to use with my Panasonic GH4. It was a cheap solution & has served sufficiently for 3 shoots so far. I haven't pushed it too far but it seems quite durable. The shoulder pad is comfortable and with everything included you can't beat it at the $200 mark. The problem is that you really need to invest in a higher dollar rig. The quick release plate feels cheaply constructed & when loosening the knob to release the plate it doesn't stop after so many turns which means you can turn it until it comes off & lose the tension springs. The rods could use a bit more length with everything you've got to stack on them, especially with a bigger lens. I wasn't able to fit the matte box on it w/a sigma lens (can't remember which one...28mm to something) The fasteners for the handles don't grip the rods as tightly as you'd hope. The follow focus works decently but on my last shoot it pushed the lens to the right which may indicate an issue with the camera mounting plate. Unless I'm overlooking something, it doesn't have much in the way of options to mount other accessories like a monitor/light/etc. & the thing is HEAVY. The counterweight feels like it's made of some super dense extraterrestrial space polymer. So you'll get a good core workout but it might not be great for your back. However as many gripes as I've had I can't list them as deal breakers at this price range. If I'd spent double the money then I'd call it a fail but for around $200 retail it doesn't get better than this.
