  I purchased what was listed as a Robot Heroes Airwolf, but turned out to be an Open and Play Big Spring. Thankfully, it was an honest mistake, and Dennis-Torres was willing to rectify it. He accepted my request and returned my money after confirming the figure was in the same condition he sent it in. I am grateful for both the honesty, and the chance to end the transaction peacefully. While it wasn't the feedback I'd hoped to leave, I can still call it a positive experience, and I am grateful.
