  Excellent all around. I have been looking for this hard to find part forever. Communication with seller was stellar and packaging was top notch (took me a bit to open it as it was so well packed!   This seller was absolutely phenomenal. They had incredible communication throughout the whole process and kept me updated on shipping. Worked with me on pricing, as well. I will definitely be a return customer for replacement tension bands soon! Item came as described and arrived earlier than anticipated. Incredible in both conversation and product selection.

  This seller is a FRAUD. AI generates good reviews and all communication. What I received was not what I ordered. Not even sure what was sent to me because it is disassembled with no instructions, wrong dimensions, wrapped in saran wrap and labeled with random letters and numbers. When I contacted seller to make it right, I received a generic reply that was clearly generated by AI. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to ship it back first but declined to send shipping label.
