its a belt
Its a belt and fits my vehicle as advertised. Belt is a dayco made in Italy. It looks like a good product at a good price.

great looking replacement bumper
I am waiting until warmer weather to install it but just inspecting the contents of the box it looks great. Looks like very good quality and everything I need to replace that rusty piece on my 04
silverado is there. I am sure I MIGHT run into alignment issues and such but I expect that to happen with any replacement of this kind. I can't imagine any reason not to give this a 5 star rating especially based on the price point.
