Very Good! A real step-by-step how to lower your blood sugar. Really explains things and is so much better than my nurse was.. No this, No that, You can't eat this, you can't eat that, if it takes good..you can't eat it. Oh my! This author Dennis Pollock explains what you can eat and how you can eat the things you do want to eat but how to do it with less carbs. He knows what he is talking about because he lives it!
