just a minor scratch on the bottom left ...
just a minor scratch on the bottom left that was easily covered by a screen protector. the battery was indeed at 100% battery life according to the internal apple software. thanks. this phone is being paired with an otterbox and going to a disabled family friend. he wanted one like my mom's and this fit the bill quite nicely. thank you very much!

it works well, quieter than my original ...
it works well, quieter than my original fan. but it does have a slightly different slappy tinny sound. i only know the difference because i worked on thousands of dell laptops at CSAT Solutions and know what all the parts are supposed to look, sound, and feel like lol. this is perfectly fine for most people, no worries. still leaving 4 stars.
