Love the transport chair, except!
The chair was an answer to my prayers. It came earlier than anticipated, which is wonderfully. However, I would like to "exchange" the one I received for another one. The one I received does have a defect, the left back hinge unlocks on it's own during the transporting,and pushes into my husband's back/ the folds down and is defective. Unfornately, due to my husband's condition which is Liver Cancer and Kidney Renal failure. When the transport chair arrived I needed to use it immediately, (God Send). I have to transport him back and forth to Chemotherpy, infusion and to various specialist everyday of the week. I would like a replacement and would be happy to send this one back. However, I need this transport chair, defect and all and would have nothing in the exchange period. If the company would be so kind and ship me a replacement chair. I would definitely send this one back immediately.
