Excellent quality, performance

Great stove. Build quality is superb, it folds down to a very compact form, and it's sturdy enough to accommodate cast iron pans and larger pots. The copper thermal plate keeps the fuel cartridge warm enough for sustained high-flame use when needed and simmer control is excellent. There's not much wind protection, but the burner design helps keep the flame consistent in a breeze. The stove is rather heavy--definitely not a backpacking stove. And there's no space to store a fuel cartridge inside as with less compact butane stoves. Finally, the fold-out/fold-up process feels awkward until you get the hang of it. It works fine after that, but there's a learning curve. For it's size, quality, simmer control and sturdiness it earns 5 stars!

Nice kit! Everything fits

Product was exactly as advertised and build quality of the included parts (and the protective bag) are excellent. The bag is large enough to accommodate the ST-310 stove with a windscreen and all the accessories included in this kit installed. It's a bit expensive, but Soto gear is all expensive. Excellent quality, but not cheap.
