Roaster that gets the job done quickly and deliciously!
Cooked an 18 lb turkey in less than two hours! I did rotate it a little about 1/2 way through the cooking. Delicious bird that was crispy on the outside and moist and yummy on the inside. Easy clean up. I store the roaster in the original box so it's not small or compact, per se. Definitely worked as I had hoped and can't wait to try other meats in it! Well worth the price and 100% safer than deep frying!
