Favorable in Some Ways - Faulty in Others
The quality of the video is very mediocre; you have to acclimate to the somewhat fuzziness in places. It just is not as crisp as I would prefer. I guess it must be the pixels or digital imaging that is somewhat lacking for me. Sometimes it was difficult to understand the dialect. The practitioner obviously understands Ta Chi, but his delivery has much to be desired for me. There is a lot of material here, but I wish it had been presented with more distinctness and motivation. I was not looking for "bells and whistles," but something more inspiring. I do not want to carelessly dismiss the product because there is something valuable to be learned on a basic level. If you can discipline yourself to follow through on the technique, rather than the visuals, and language challenges, then it can be a tool for learning. After all, isn't discipline what this is all about?
