Like new as far as I can tell!
Looks new, works perfectly! I don't use it a lot, but it's worked great each time I have used it.

I now have all three floral color ways of this hat. Love them all. Wish they had more options!

Can't beat the price!
Great deal for the price.
Cons
- they don't recline very far back
- the headrest strap will probably stretch out over time
Pros
- the cup holder can be used on either side of the chair (I'm left handed, so this is very cool feature!)
- the sale price is excellent
