Not exactly new

When I turned on the phone, it was already on Android 12 when the phone was supposed to start on Android 10, the box was missing the screen cleaner, and the battery doesn't seem to always charge up to 100%. While I'm a bit disappointed that it wasn't "new" I knew I was taking a risk buying one at this point; however, the phone works fine and has a long battery life regardless of the battery not taking a full charge all the time.
