Corvette Tach Tachometer Cruise Control Cable Adapter 90 degree 7/8-18 x2521

Bad experience here

Installed on V8 S10 with 700R4 transmission. Needed clearance between speedometer cable and exhaust pipe after adding speedometer signal sender for aftermarket cruise control. Unit works well and appears well made. Has zerk fitting and can be disassembled. Follow up 8/17/19. The unit came apart where the brass collar is pressed into the aluminum body. This caused damage to the drive system adapter key and loss of speedometer indication. After removing the twist from the damaged key the unit was re-assembled but will not stay together now. It does still function held together with tie wraps. I now do not recommend this unit.

Cruise control speed signal

Insalled on 700R4 transmission for audiovox ccs100 cruise control speed signal. Unit is rather long when assembled with adapter. Needed to add angle drive for speedometer cable/ exhaust pipe clearance. Unit works well and is well made. Plenty of wire length for connections.
