Packaged well Brand New in box. No complaints here. Item worked perfect. Thanks a million. **** Fan is a little on the noisy side **** only because it is small and powerfull. Its not so loud you can't stand it but it can defianetly be heard above the rest of the computer. Not like the original shuttle power supply that was low noise and yes i had it turned to smartFAN in bios, i even tried the quiet setting and still can be heard. However for the price difference vs a shuttle brand PS I can deal with the extra noise. I found if i just play a song and turn the volume up to 3-4 the noise is gone. =-) Thank YOu
