great phone but a few years old .was unopened new in box
phone was new in box as advertised .came with charger and cable. also a very good quality wired ear phones. it is an older andriod operating system. 8.0.. which may not be supported soon on some apps. Not sure how hard or if its possible to update . for the money its a great deal. beats the heck out of hundreds of dollars for similar functioning new phones. its fine for me .
