  Disappointed in the condition of the item as it was stated “New but unsealed” the box was creased, dented and damaged on the corners. The only reason I’m not leaving a negative feedback was because the seller accepted my lower offer. I kind of wished that I just paid extra for a brand new copy of the boxset. Wouldn’t recommend seller unless you get the item for a low under market price.

  We are very sorry you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and your feedback reflects this. As you can see from other buyer feedback we enjoy a very high customer service score. We have looked into your complaint and we can only apologise as the outer box was only of a very thin card. This was as supplied to us by a very reputable supplier. We have since visited a well known high street store and looked at the same item and that was in exactly the same condition.
