I'd forgotten how nice it is to mix watercolors on enamel, rather than plastic. The size of this tray is just right, clean-up a breeze, and it is delight to use. The price was great, and shipping free. What's not to like?

Great value, and overall happy with the paints. There was no paynes grey, hooker green or cad red included, with was a bit of a surprise, but other than that there is a great selection of colors. And there are a number of green and reds... Some are rather opaque, especially the browns, but that, I'm told is to be expected. I don't know if it is the pallet I have or the paints themselves, but they hold their moisture quite well It's been a couple of weeks before I've had to re-dampen them. That's really a nice feature, because when I was researching inexpensive watercolors some brands apparently dry out and crack and powder. Not these! I would definitely recommend them, especially for the price.

Soft pastels

Very happy with these pastels. Good selection of colors, and easy to use, especially with tortillions. I haven't worked much with pastels, and didn't want to invest too heavily in them, so I've been pleased with both the quality and price.
