Not sure if it is the real thing

The package looks real. The bluetooth headset looks and feel like the real thing. However, one month in I'm having issues. The head set works pretty well when I use it to talk on the phone. However, when I play music or watch videos, the sound is often choppy and there is static. I frequently have to turn it off and on for the static to go away. I'm very disappointed.

I bought this as a gift 😕

I bought myself and my sibling the same Bluetooth. The package looks real. The bluetooth headset looks and feel like the real thing. However, one month in there are issues. The headset works pretty well when used to talk on the phone. However, when used play music or watch videos, the sound is often choppy and there is static. I frequently have to turn it off and on for the static to go away. I'm very disappointed.
