  Seller would not put tracking information on order. Card never arrived. Told Seller that I did not want a refund, that I wanted the card that I ordered. Seller sent refund to an account that no longer exists. This Seller will definitely be reported to eBay. This is shady business.

  Seller communication is lacking as well as any degree of empathy. Item was ordered at the beginning of December for a holiday gift. Still has yet to arrive. Requested cancellation of the order and seller refused without any explanation or attempt to intervene with tracking information. Feel it was a scam from the very beginning. Buyer beware.

  Item was exactly as described card is excellent condition, I was notified of delay in shipping it was not the fault of the seller United States Postal Service these days is horrible to say the least it is what it is there's nothing you can do about it, the seller is A+
