I had more fun than the children!

This thing is a blast. My kids eat, watch tv, chores, everything on them. Great fun to watch them. Turn on Some funky music and laugh til it hurts!

You gotta have some previous experience putting things together

Don't take any short cuts. Follow the "picture" directions that are not to scale. Start at the bottom. Make sure to check all tracks on all parts before assembling. Light weight aluminum will be bent. The top will not go on correctly unless all the panels are in and everything is tightened up. My bolts that hold the top on didn't remotely line up. I just skipped them. The brackets held fine and the cover plate ties it all in. Any little bend in panels will make you wanna jump up and down on them. Don't do it. Straighten all the little tabs before you try to put them in. I used a pair of players and bent the grooves they sound I to outward a tad before starting each panel. And sprayed the plastic pieces with cooking spray (No wd40) before fitting. Leather gloves or you will bleed. The top panels need 2 people or it will take a long bloody time! The mesh panels are a little thin. Anything bigger than a finch will eventually c hew thru. I used metal screening on the inside. It fit perfect cut to size and eliminates the sharp edges on little feet and keeps the mosquitos out while stopping the bar chewing. Took me 4 hrs from start to finish. 2 hours of that I had help. Very light. Needs to be anchored outside for sure. I do like it. Not sure yet if it will hold up yet. Shame we can't do follow up reviews within 30days

Not impressed

I did allot of homework on this purchase. I was very excited after reading the reviews. It looks nice and seems built well but... If it's not on high it takes forever to cook something and the top lid,if you use it to grill top and bottom at the same time, has a design flaw that makes the grease drip behind the machine onto whatever surface it is on. When using it flat or open to grill its drains into the pan. Otherwise grease is all over the counter behind it. For this reason you have to clean both plates instead of pouring some water on it while it's hot and wiping clean like you can with most other grills. I wouldn't recommend it for these reasons. You dont always want to cook on high and the mess isnt worth it.
