Fantastic with Amazing Detail
4 personnes sur 4 ont jugé cet avis utile. This is a really amazing product. Lego and Disney created a fantastic product. The details are amazing all the way down to the mini figures (the dresses for Minnie and Tinkerbell were a surprise). The instructions are exactingly clear and it went together so fast! In fact, that was the one drawback: I was able to complete it so fast that I was both excited and a little depressed when it was completed.
Thankfully, Lego has learned from the past with these large projects to bag up the pieces into sections. There are 14 in all for the Disney Castle. Rather than go through all 4,080 pieces to find a tiny block, there are bags only for the area you are working on. There was not one missing piece.
Lego gives a few extra pieces in each section. That is either so you can build other things with the existing set, or that with such small pieces, they might get lost so there is extra (those are guesses, I'm not really sure). However, the first time I had extra pieces I went back over the instructions again to make sure I didn't miss anything.
I would not recommend this for someone who has never put together a large project before--it's definitely not for kids. However, if you have some experience with Lego, you should be fine. The instruction book is extremely well designed.
